STEP 1

info@ www.weasternwears.in.com to raise your exchange request within 24 hours of delivery. Our email team will revert within 48 hours. Our agents are only available (MON-FRI) 11 am - 6 pm.
Please note: Sat-sun & public holidays are non working days. Please do not expect a reply in non-working days & hours but your queries will be addressed if you have raised a complaint within 42 hours of delivery.

STEP 3
ELIGIBILITY OF EXCHANGE
- Items are eligible for exchange within 24 hours after delivery of purchase. After that we won't consider any query regarding exchange.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed. The garment must not be smelly, basically must be unused and as fresh as new .we only initiate the process with that.
- All the tags, packaging, bills must be intact on the garment.
- Garments on sale will not be applicable for exchange.
